REFUND POLICY

We will not exchange for change of mind. Customer must review the sizing chart and measure foot accurately prior to purchase, if the requirement to exchange is based on incorrect size only, customer must return the item in its original condition and packaging with a return paid satchel. BigToes Australia will not be responsible for further shipping costs and will replace with the next size up of the same style upon receipt of the returned pair of shoes. Faulty stock will be replaced with the same style and size upon receipt of the damaged stock. If the same style/size is not available, the customer may choose a different style from the same collection (i.e. Traditional/Chameleon/Flat Shoes). If there is nothing in stock to satisfy the customer then a store credit will be issued.
